Please allow 6 weeks from payment to delivery as this is a custom made piece. However, if your order is urgent please let us know as we may be able to get it to you sooner.
We do not accept returns as each piece is custom made for the buyer. Progress photos are sent during the process of constructing the wig or mask, and confirmation of approval from the buyer is sought before shipping.
Each piece is carefully packaged but a wig or mask may be returned for repair should it become damaged in transit. Buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
Sizing: This mask is made with a foam band on the inside to fit snugly on the head.
Materials: Papier mache, feathers, moss, fabrics, vines, wool.
Care: To maintain shape, colour and style it's best to store away from direct sunlight, heat, and dust. Air out after wearing and before storing again.
